1. 목적
본 약관은 덴드로브가 rit.run 앱 및 관련 서비스(이하 “서비스”)에서 제공하는 위치기반서비스의 이용 조건과 개인위치정보 보호에 관한 사항을 정합니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 일반 사항은 개인정보 처리방침을 함께 따릅니다.
2. 위치기반서비스의 내용
- 러닝 기록 중 현재 위치 및 이동 경로 측정
- 거리, 페이스, 고도, 경로 지도, 출발/도착 지역 등 운동 분석 제공
- 사용자가 게시글 또는 경로 저장 기능을 이용할 때 선택한 운동 경로와 위치 관련 요약 정보 표시
- 부정 이용 방지, 오류 분석, 안전한 서비스 운영에 필요한 최소한의 위치 관련 로그 처리
공유 경로 rollout: 소유자는 본인의 private workout에서 전체 경로를 이용합니다. 공개 또는 follower 공유용 경로는 server가 출발·도착 각 200m를 제거하고 전체 경로가 400m 이하이면 공유 경로를 생략하도록 준비되어 있습니다. 이 보호는 Backend, 모바일, Firestore Rules 배포 및 기존 게시글 migration이 완료된 뒤에만 기존·신규 공유 경로 전체에 적용됩니다. 현재 source 변경만으로 production 적용이 완료된 것은 아닙니다.
3. 개인위치정보의 수집·이용 목적
- 운동 기록, 경로 저장, 운동 분석, 지도 표시, 통계 제공 등 서비스 핵심 기능 제공
- 사용자가 선택한 공개 범위에 따른 feed 게시글, 경로 저장, 공유 기능 제공
- 고객지원, 오류 분석, 보안, 부정 이용 방지, 분쟁 대응
4. 개인위치정보의 수집·이용 및 보유기간
- 개인위치정보는 사용자의 OS 권한 및 앱 기능 이용 동의 범위에서 수집합니다.
- 원시 GPS 경로 및 운동 위치 데이터는 계정 또는 운동 기록 삭제 요청 전까지 보관할 수 있습니다.
- 삭제 요청 시 법령상 보존 의무 또는 분쟁 대응에 필요한 자료를 제외하고 파기합니다.
- 개인을 식별할 수 없도록 집계·익명 처리된 통계는 서비스 품질 개선을 위해 보존될 수 있습니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 광고 이용 제한
- 개인위치정보는 사용자의 별도 동의 또는 법령상 요구가 있는 경우를 제외하고 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
- 건강·피트니스 데이터와 정밀 위치정보는 광고 타겟팅, 판매, 제3자 마케팅 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다.
- 법령상 요구에 따라 제공 또는 기록·고지 의무가 적용되는 경우 해당 의무를 이행합니다. 현재 source 검토에서는 별도 제공이력 저장소나 운영 증거가 확인되지 않았으므로 그러한 기록이 이미 구현되었다고 단정하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리 및 동의 철회
- 사용자는 위치정보 수집·이용 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.
- 사용자는 개인위치정보의 열람, 고지, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 요청은 앱 내 계정삭제 기능 또는 privacy@dendrove.com으로 할 수 있습니다.
- OS 설정에서 위치 권한을 변경하거나 철회하면 위치 기반 기록 및 경로 기능 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
7. 보호의무자 및 아동
가입 최소 연령은 KR 14, US 13, GB 13, DE 16, ES 14, FR 15, IT 14이며 검토되지 않은 국가는 18세입니다. 기준 미만 사용자는 가입할 수 없고 guardian-consent flow는 제공하지 않습니다.
8. 손해배상 및 면책
위치정보의 보호 및 이용과 관련하여 손해가 발생한 경우 관련 법령에 따른 책임을 부담합니다. 다만 사용자의 권한 설정, 네트워크, GPS 환경 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 인한 부정확성은 책임 범위에서 제외될 수 있습니다.
9. 약관 변경 및 문의
중대한 변경은 앱 내 공지, 웹페이지 고지, 이메일 등 합리적인 방법으로 알립니다. 문의는 dpo@dendrove.com 또는 privacy@dendrove.com으로 접수합니다.

1. Purpose
These Location-Based Service Terms set the conditions for location-based services provided by Dendrove through the rit.run app and related services (the “Service”) and describe how personal location information is protected. General privacy matters are also governed by the Privacy Policy.
2. Location-Based Services
- Measuring current location and movement routes during run recording
- Providing workout analysis such as distance, pace, elevation, route maps, and start/end area summaries
- Displaying selected workout routes and location-related summaries when you use posts or route-save features
- Processing minimum location-related logs needed for abuse prevention, error analysis, and safe service operation
Shared-route rollout: An owner uses the full route in the owner's private workout. The prepared server projection removes 200 meters from each end for public or follower sharing and omits a shared route whose total length is 400 meters or less. This protection applies across new and existing shared routes only after the backend, mobile, Firestore Rules, and existing-post migration are deployed. Source changes alone do not mean the production rollout is complete.
3. Purposes for Using Personal Location Information
- Providing core features such as workout recording, route saving, workout analysis, map display, and statistics
- Providing feed posts, route saving, and sharing features according to the visibility choices selected by the user
- Customer support, error analysis, security, abuse prevention, and dispute handling
4. Collection, Use, and Retention Period
- Personal location information is collected within the scope of your OS permissions and consent for app features.
- Raw GPS routes and workout location data may be retained until you request deletion of your account or workout records.
- Upon deletion request, data is erased except where retention is required by law or needed for dispute handling.
- Aggregated or de-identified statistics that cannot identify you may be retained to improve service quality.
5. Third-Party Disclosure and Advertising Limits
- We do not disclose personal location information to third parties unless you separately consent or disclosure is required by law.
- Health, fitness, and precise-location data are not provided for ad targeting, sale, or third-party marketing purposes.
- If a legal disclosure, record, or notice duty applies, we must follow that duty. The source review did not identify a separate disclosure-history store or operational proof, so this document does not claim that such records are already implemented.
6. User Rights and Withdrawal of Consent
- You may withdraw consent to collect and use location information.
- You may request access, notice, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing for personal location information.
- Requests may be made through the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting privacy@dendrove.com.
- If you change or withdraw location permission in OS settings, location-based recording and route features may be limited.
7. Guardians and Children
Signup minimum ages are KR 14, US 13, GB 13, DE 16, ES 14, FR 15, IT 14, and 18 for unreviewed countries. Users below the threshold cannot sign up, and no guardian-consent flow is offered.
8. Damages and Disclaimer
We are responsible for damages related to the protection and use of location information as required by applicable law. However, inaccuracies caused by factors outside our control, such as user permission settings, network conditions, or GPS environment, may be excluded from our responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
